Bookings

Booking: Contact, us via phone or email to book services. Bookings may be subject to change.

Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule or cancel your booking please let us know at least 48-hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a fee.

Terms of Payment

Charges: The charges applicable to our services will be disclosed at the booking stage. All fees will be subject to the applicable taxes.

Payment: Payments may be made with a credit or debit card. Full payment is required before or during the service.

Returns: Any refunds due to cancellations or issues with service will be dealt with on a per-case basis.

Liability and Assurance

Liability Laxmi Packers and Movers, while we handle your belongings with care, is not responsible for any damage caused to them or their loss. This is unless the cause is proved to be our negligence.

Insuring high-value objects: We suggest purchasing additional insurance. We are able to assist you in arranging coverage with third-party insurance providers.

The Customer’s Responsibilities

Packing: If packing is done by you, please ensure that the items are properly packed and labelled. We are not liable for damage caused to items you pack.

Valuables: All valuables must be declared. Items of extraordinary worth should be personally transported if at all possible.

Unloading and loading: Be sure to have a good access route for your property. Inform us about any parking restrictions or access issues.

Prohibited Articles

We do no transport perishables, illegal items, plants or animals. If you find such items in your possessions, we will remove them and dispose of them at your expense.

Claims

Claims Please report all claims within 7 days from the date of completion. Send us all the details and supporting evidence.

Resolution of Conflict: When a dispute arises, we encourage you contact us directly for resolving the issue. In the event that a solution cannot be found, you may refer the matter to arbitration or mediator.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further details about how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Laxmi Packers and Movers reserves the right, at any time, to modify or amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be immediately effective and posted on our web site. If you continue to use our services after we post changes, it is considered that you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms and circumstances are governed and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction by the Bangalore courts, India.
